[Resolved] Airtel — Amount deducted from bank but not credited in mobile account | |||
I have made payment for Airtel Mob. No. [protected] on 20.06.15 of Rs. 900/- through citrus pay via internet banking. The amount of Rs. 900 was deducted from my bank account but the bill remain unpaid. Please refund the amount deducted from my bank account. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 23, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I have received my payment back in my designated bank account. There was a little delay from Airtel side, but eventually the issue has been resolved.
