[Resolved]  Airtel — Amount deducted from bank but not credited in mobile account

Address:Indore, Madhya Pradesh

I have made payment for Airtel Mob. No. [protected] on 20.06.15 of Rs. 900/- through citrus pay via internet banking. The amount of Rs. 900 was deducted from my bank account but the bill remain unpaid. Please refund the amount deducted from my bank account.

I have received my payment back in my designated bank account. There was a little delay from Airtel side, but eventually the issue has been resolved. Thanks all.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Vipin wasadikar I have received call from [protected], the person from other end asked me to be at SBI ATM for refund of my amount of Rs. 900.

As guided by the person i have done transaction of transfer "card to card transfer" from SBI ATM.

After the transaction i was asked to wait for an hour and check my account, the amount would be transferred.

But instead of refunding my amount, Rs 500 was again deducted from my bank account.

Updated by Vipin wasadikar Till date no correspondence has been received from airtel customer care.

Please refund the amount deducted or else credit the amount against the bill payment of the mobile no [protected].
