[Resolved] Airtel — amount deducted from bank, not recharged and still not giving back | |||
It's been almost 10-12 months that the amount has been deducted while recharging my airtel prepaid. But it's not recharged, the balance is still showing when i visited the airtel store, but they are not able to refund me the amount back. Even i have provided the canceled cheque so that the amount can be directly transferred to the bank, but still no update from them. Please do look into this issue, i am fed up with this kind of service where no one is ready to listen to us and our hard earned money is trapped.
