I was travelling from india to singapore for 9 days and i did an recharge of Rs 1199 for mobile no. [protected], of an international roaming plan at around 9:40 pm on 5th august from airtel website but a message came that your transaction with id 883456 has been failed and the amount will be refunded within some time that was within 7 working days, i have attached the screen shot for reference and the amount was debited from my credit card. I called for airtel customer service and informed them about the issue and waited for around one hour before recharging the plan again. I had a flight at 11:00 pm from igi airport, new delhi to singapore so i couldnt have afforded to travel without the intl. plan, therefore i recharged the plan again but this time two messages came for the same recharge and again the amount was also deducted for the same service that i cant utilize because the pack overwrites instead of giving the benefit. But i wasnt knowing that airtel serivice is so bad that it will play such for me. Please refund the amount as soon as possible because the two recharges were waste for me as i can consume the service once even after getting recharged twice by fraudulent ways from airtel. Please solve the issue as soon as possible because i have been facing many issues with airtel from some time otherwise i would be forced to port to some other networks in india. Also, i am thinking to forward this issue to consumer forum if the problem is not solved and the amount is not refunded within acceptable time limit.
