[Resolved]  Airtel — Amount Not Transferred from Postpaid to Prepaid

I have recently transferred my number post paid to paid number to pre paid. At that time from Airtel relation ship person told me pay RS.260 for to close my all existing bill amount and I have paid RS.500 but yet the balance amount not transferred. Please take this complaint and help me to transferred the balance amount to the same number.
