Airtel — Asking for more recharge to connect to 121 customer care despite of having unlimited calls pack enabled

Hi Team,

I have unlimited calls pack recharge active in my Airtel number ([protected]), still its not allowing me to have a call with helpdesks like Airtel 121 CC Agent, Axis bank CC, it's keep asking to recharge my number and later disconnect the calls.
My concern is that if Airtel is not providing the true unlimited calls feature then why it's advertising like that, I believe that it's a clear cut fraud marketing and business that they are doing and this must be stopped asap.
