This has happened the second time in this year that my account balance has been deducted to a large number that I can't stay silent now. Earlier this year in march, some "Games Hub" service got activated and charged ₹25 without my knowledge and this time around ₹270 has been deducted since May for some "Top Doctor" Service. This kind of fraud had been happening with Airtel years ago that you used to deduct your customers money like this. And I had switched to other networks after that. Now that it's happening again, I won't give a second thought porting this number or getting a new number too.
You're just losing the trust of your customers by doing such unethical trade practices. Very disappointed with Airtel!
