This is the concern i would like to highlight and raise in your system.
Yesterday i got a message 09:18 pm, saying that your funnyzone service has been activated and rs. 49 are deducted for next seven days. It will be renewed once expires.
I was panic, as i did not activated this service so i simply replied to stop the service immediately.
I called up customer care exactly at 10:14pm, when i got down from the bus. He reverted my deducted balance but was so rude in his reply.
The reply or the solution that i got from your team was also not convincing. He asked me not to click any unwanted pop ups when browsing. And infact this is the last time, next time onwards amount deducted will not be reverted.
I want to let you know why a person who has activated long term data free pack and having 11 gb of internet balance would activate such a useless service like fuunnyzone and pay 49 rs for 7 days. When i got this activation message i was listening to your wynk music app.
Now, i need to understand why there is no confirmation message to the end user before activating any service in the background.
Also i need to know, which link or popup that i clicked yesterday so this service got activated automatically.
Awaiting your reply and a ticket number for future reference.
