my airtel prepaid no is allotted to someone else

I have applied for prepaid to postpaid. Mobile no. [protected] a month back. But address verification failed then we have cancelled request. But a week before suddenly no stopped working. After visiting store came to know got allotted to someone else in chandrapur..
But without intimation how no is allotted to someone else.. We did reachrge on 21 st.. The number was active.. Please look into this.. Visited store n number of times.....

4g services and network

This is the worst network in india. It gives a speed of 100 kpbs in a city like bangalore and no one is there to solve this problem after many complaints. I think you should freaking remove the tag "fastest network in india" and should shut your company down. I am switching to jio if the same problem continues in the future. Thanks for such a slow network, airtel!...

wrongly charged bill

I received a bill of rs 1330.38 in this month (July) and they said that the extra amount has been charged for extra data consumption though i am having active data plan and my airtel app is showing that i have 1.25 gb data remaining.

I do not know how can they charge for extra data consumption while i have not used the full data.

I called them and they said they can not do anything....

Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared...

I lost the trust in airtel after purchasing airtel product,

Even after multiple calls to customer care, visiting airtel outlets, multiple email to nodal care my network issue has been sorted out.

Now a days am not using the airtel sim or dongle, planning to throw it out.

Before that i just need justice even after paying money how can you ignore the customers who is facing the issue.

wrong information about recharge

I recharged on 20th july 2017 amount to 399 that said to benefit me with 1gb 3g or 4g data per day. But this was nowhere mentioned that it is only for 4g phones. Now i am not able to use internet as neither do i possess 4g phone or sim. This is wrong to cheat customers by providing incomplete or wrong information. Now either benefit me with the mentioned plan or refund back the money....

airtel fraud services on international roaming

Last week i had traveled to malaysia and had preferred to take airtel international roaming pack of rs 1199 on my mobile number over matrix international sim card but what a bad decision it was and my whole trip was spoiled because of airtel. I had activated rs 1199 ir pack on 20th july where i was supposed to get 3 gb data on international roaming but data never ever worked in malaysia. Airtel customer care number also did not work in malaysia....

I have requested to port my number [protected] from airtel maharashtra to west bengal circle.
I got a message yesterday that sim will be ported at night.
Now i am not getting network on both the sims and people who call me get an answer that number does not exist.

Please resolve this as i am facing many issues. I am unable to contact customer care as i am staying at college campus in kharagpur.

I changed my airtel postpaid connection to a family plan on 15th of july. However, in my bill for the same month, i did not receive a detailed call record. Also, my request for a detailed call record for the same was declined by the customer care executive, who misbehaved saying that'whoever i may contact, i cannot get it'.
I request the authorities to take an action in this regard and help me with the call record....

Instead of 1 gb per day. A total of 1 gb for 28/84 (Not sure) has been provided to my mobile. I need 1 gb per day plan.

Please help me in this issue or kindly change my plan to 349 and provide me my balance amount....

no installation of broadband connection in a week times even after document submission and advance payment

Document verification and payment of new broadband connection was done on sunday 23rd july but no installation has happened yet (29th july, sat). I have been calling the costumer care and they have not helped me at all. They just say it has been escalated and i will receive a call but i did not receive a single one. Extremely unhappy with airtel and its customer outreach. They just want to steal for us....
