After making calls, the flash msg of offers showed 648 pack with unlimited free calls and 1.5gb/day for 70 days.
After 28 days the offer got changed to 28 days and they started charging for the services.
When called the customer support, they are asking for sms which showed 70 day validity, which will not be present because offer was sent on flash msg which gets deleted upon reading.

Case #1: few days later, while going for a mooring walk, due to the smoothness of the mobile - i have lost the control of the mobile and it dropped from the hand; which is resulted in small screen damage. I took up an airtel broadband connection in jan 2017. The airtel rep who approached us collected 6900 ruppees in the form of a cheque for the first 3 months. This amount was debited from our bank account but airtel claimed to have no record of this payment and continued to charge us monthly. On 24.07.2017 at 2.40am sports video pack has been activated on my mobile number [protected] with out any request and debited rs.90 from my prepaid amount balance. On 22nd also some other service was activated and debited rs.35 to my accounts. This is causing loss and irritation. Please ensure that such thing not happen again. As a strong promoter of airtel, i feel hurt for this.

Actually i thought i have a problem with my mobile but i have problem with my airtel sim and it shows no service only emergency calls, i dont receive calls nor i cant dial calls, please tell me a solution very urgently... No network in my and my wife's phone since 15 days .. in Hyderabad, Pathetic customer support said there were no issue and asked me and my wife to change mobiles and check. Actually i am using my airtel prepaid number since 2007, they disconnected my line i paid some amount and took back the connection in april 2017.
