648 pack, 70 day validity

After making calls, the flash msg of offers showed 648 pack with unlimited free calls and 1.5gb/day for 70 days.
After 28 days the offer got changed to 28 days and they started charging for the services.
When called the customer support, they are asking for sms which showed 70 day validity, which will not be present because offer was sent on flash msg which gets deleted upon reading.

Case #1: few days later, while going for a mooring walk, due to the smoothness of the mobile - i have lost the control of the mobile and it dropped from the hand; which is resulted in small screen damage. I have applied for a claim and the claim got rejected saying "its due to improper handling and not an accidental damage"

unethical behaviour and pathetic service towards customers

I took up an airtel broadband connection in jan 2017. The airtel rep who approached us collected 6900 ruppees in the form of a cheque for the first 3 months. This amount was debited from our bank account but airtel claimed to have no record of this payment and continued to charge us monthly. They wanted proof of debit from the bank in the form of a debit certificate. I have got this and submitted this to airtel as well.

convert my 3g to 4g..still 4g data not activated

I usually recharge my data package every month which i suppore to get 1gb data with 4g speed for 30 days. I'm clear that airtel always runs fake promises as usual.
