On 21.07.2017- i was about to pay online mobile bill through my hdfc debit card my airtel postpaid mobile bill rs.900/-.
But after clicking paynow amount deducted from by bank but payment unsuccessful for airtel postpaid mobile no. [protected]

I have not received any recpt from airtel.

I am using airtel prepaid mob no [protected] since the last four years. I have never made any request for international roaming facility.
Rs 99 have been deducted from my main account on 21 July 2017 on account of international roaming rental at 1447 hours
This is irregular and not justified.
An early explanation and refund is requested...

broadband not feasible for last 2 years

I want to ask when will the broadband service become feasible at my home location because i have become tired of hearing the same response from the past two years. And i literally mean 2 years. You can check your records if you like.

Enough is enough its always the same procedure i apply and get a call and once i tell them my address they told me its not currently feasible at my address.

Yesterday I ordered a product from Amazon India and payment was done by airtel payments bank...but after that I cancelled the order but the refund wasn't initiated from your side ...I contacted Amazon executive also... they said that the refund was initiated from their side...I should have contacted my bank...please refund my money asap!...

This pertains to payments bank. Customers are required to visit payments bank points and update form 60 (Whatever that is). Why not provide a link on the official website or on the app itself to update this? When visited a airtel centre, the staff couldn't help ad they were unaware as to what needs to be done. There is no facility on the in-house dashboard for the staff to search for the information. Customers are bombarded daily with sms...

aadhaar registration process

It has been mandated that all the customers will have to link their sim card to adhaar card. My father has tried to submit finger print at 3-4 kiosks but machine is not accepting his finger prints, he is 67 years old so either finger prints have faded or machines are not sensitive enough to detect finger prints of aged people.
Airtel service centres are not sensitised about the issue and are parroting the same thing that we will have...
