One ms shivani called me on 2nd june from customer care and assured that my problem will be solved within 24 hour & she supposed to call me back but after 10 days she did not call back & my problem not solved. I request u to look in to the matter as early as possible. Thank you

Will activate after some time but my old sim network never goes and never get network on new 4g sim.

Wrong IVR options on customer care numbers

Whenever i call on 198 or 121 on their customer care number, there are many options from 1 to 9, and they ask to select an option but whenever i select option 9 to speak to their executive, it says "oops it's an incorrect option"
There is no way to contact customer care executive as they are cheating with their customer. A customer care should be fast as possible to reach the consumer but...
