Yet to receive broadband refund

Initially i've requested for new airtel connection and paid rs.1000 in cash. After few days, it has been confirmed by airtel sales executive that connection cannot be provided in my area (Radheyshyam avenue raja kilpakkam). DND registration does not work

My mobile number has been registered under ndnc registry since 27/08/2007 vide registration no. F[protected].

In spite of this, i get about 20 commercial sms messages and about 3 sales calls per day. How does this happen?

Its been 10 days since i have been calling airtel, each day they tel me to wait for 24 hours to waive off the extra 300rs which has been charged.

I did not know people in customer care lie as well.

Selling my data to third party

Postpaid conversion to prepaid

I have converted my phone from post-paid to pre-paid. I was informed that in 24 hours post paid will automatically get converted to pre-paid and i just need to change the sim and services will be resumed immediately and automatically.

As a activation fee and said this amount will be deduct in your first bill.

And also deduct this amount from rs 250 my first bill.

But this amount again add my second bill.
