From my Airtel Payment Bank the money which was sent by my son got spent on careless recharge.. It's been only an hour. So please do help me as soon as possible. Not get data benefit

As per offer of 5gb night data highlight on my airtel app. To get this offer i have to complete three step shown in the app.(steps are shown in screen shot below) according to first step i did an data recharge of rs 265 having 1.5gb data benefit but i got only 1gb of data then i again did the same recharge this time i got 1.5gb data. so i didn't get the remaining data yet of the first recharge. br...

While calling customer care I got computrised message that on recharge of 149 I'll get local std Airtel calling and 28 GB data for 28 days..so I contacted customer executive to confirm that one.she told I'll get 56 GB data and Airtel calling on recharge of 149.
But after recharge I got only 2 GB data and calling...

Got a 4g phone 4g sim card and airtel says that "airtel is the fastest network ".
a big lie from ookla .
i am not getting a speed of 6.24mbps on ookla and upload 0.05mbps ..which is fake and seriously not even able to use internet properly.
registered complaints but still no solution is provided by airtel . its more than 8 years i am using airtel but this time the internet speed is worst than 2g internet .
