Money is deducted in the name of roaming charges

I could see an amount of 99 is deducted as "International roaming" charges for a couple of times, dated 31/03/2017 ... The service provider is AIRTEL. I would like to complain about it and need my money back (an amount of 99) to my current account.

I raised a complaint regarding the same issue earlier and Airtel have reverted the money back ...

But still dont understand why you need to deduct...

349 plan activated but it still charged me

On 30/03/2016 i recharged my phone for this plan and it got activated as soon as possible.
But when i make calls its still charging me from my main balance whats the point of activating this plan when its mentioned "unlimited calls"?

4G Sim not getting Activated even after 60 Hours

I recharged for rs 349, on 24.03.2017. For one gb data per day and unlimited calls. By speaking to your customer care executives on 30.03.2017 from 7.30 pm to 8.10 its very hard to found that plan was not activated. They assured me that the issue has been escalated to back end and it will be resolved before 08.15 pm, on 31.03.2017.

Kindly treat this matter as most urgent and rectify the problem as promise given by your executives,...

Very high call rate

I am a long term customer of airtel prepaid mobile( [protected] ) since 2006.nowadays i am not satisfied with airtel. they are charging high.moreover they are not ready to give value for their first customers.no special offers.when i was complaint in customer care, they offered 500mb 2g data? really it is very bad deal.so i didn't use it.now i am thinking to stop my subscription....

Misbehave of engineer and service request not attended since last two day

My customer id is [protected], i have signal issue with my DTH connection. I have registered a complaint two days ago. Got a call from service engineer, and he misbehaved and refuses to visit. I continuously calling to call center they are promising that issue will get resolve in next 2-3 hours. But no action has been taken so far. If it is not resolved by tomorrow evening am going to shift the DTH service provider....
