I lost my lg mobile phone(black)- dual sim on 31st december 2016 03:00 pm with airtel sim card. My airtel mobile no. Is [protected].Place of loss is dr. Ambedkar nagar.I lodged a fir lr no.1262231/2016 on 31st december 05:17 pm.

I am facing this issue since two months still its resolved after calling many times service engineers are worst they are providing wrong resolution like changing set top box and reciever .

I tried doing recharge for my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] online from airtel online recharge site with txn id K1UB4XEXQE19P3D3GU8F16122IGAAMZROE1 of rs 100. The money was debited from my account but i did not receive the recharge. Kindly refund my money or get the recharge done. I had done some transaction using airtel money wallet. After which my wallet balance was rs 39.75
After couple of days when i checked my wallet balance it was nill. Apart from this my whole transaction history was also not visible on the airtel money mobile app.

Airtel broadband was launched new in our locality in November 2016 with free installation and wifi modem. I submitted forms and ID/Address proofs for the same, but did not receive any response. In December I called Airtel for an update; I was told that they could not trace my application and asked me to submit fresh application and proofs and was told that the free installation offer was closed and that I have to pay Rs. 1000 for installation....
