I am using airtel postpaid number from the last 4 months. I have registered many complaints againts this network problems earlier. Airtel has not bothered to take any action against this problem from the last one year. The customer care is of no use because they give the nonsense reasons as usual. Complain details: Before porting my number from Vodafone to Airtel Airtel Executive explain to me that with My plan 199 Corp. I will be given 1GB 3G DATA and after 1GB it will be unlimited in 2G Speed upto 128Kbps. But now after porting I came to know that it is only upto 40kbps . Many times I tried to contact Airtel but no one has taken any step regarding this....

With reference to the above subject i have complained to customer care but non have taken the responsibility in solving the problem, instead executives behaved very rude with me.. Its almost a month now... Airtel have least concern about their customers.
I have updated message center number, i have even tried using the sim in many other phones and the result was same outgoing sms have stopped...
Its very much needed for me...

I have taken an airtel postpaid connection few months before. But I do not want to continue it, because i have got another airtel CUG connection from my company. So please let me know the procedure.

I have talked with customer care about it, they said that i have to mail my deactivation request, but didn't gave me the mail ID.

I am ready to pay the bill amount till it deactivates....

Hi. I am not receiving any SMS from any network, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 18 Dec 2016 so i replaced the new sim on 20 Dec 2016. Airtel executive told me that my sms service will start in 48 hours but it has not yet started and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved...

I am very sorry and disappointed to say that Airtel is my worst experience in all the ISPs I have used.

Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. Dear, I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 21st dec 2016 got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.
