Money debited but recharge not successful

I tried doing recharge for my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] online from airtel online recharge site with txn id[protected] of rs 249. The money was debited from my account but i did not receive the recharge. Kindly refund my money or get the recharge done. Resolve this as soon as possible or i will be forced to take strict actions against this. Also note that this is not the first time it has happened....

Broadband disconnection and agent abusing

Worst 121 support with this online bill payment issue

I am a gold customer and with airtel for the last 15 years.

The issue was about online payment i made on 2nd of october, using airtel.in. My bank hdfc did deduct the money 1800 rs, and then there was some issue while redirecting me to airtel page. I was not shown confirmation page - but hdfc made a transaction to citrusairtel for 1800 and so were deducted from my account.
