But once recharge it will be valid for 7 days or even lesser. Also will tell full talk time in my airtel app. If we recharged then you people will deduct 17 rs for 100 rs talktime. i want to share very bad opinion on airtel because i was intersted 4g, recharge is to low but in case of network range in the too bad and when reach the road the signal is connect in the present locate. not only iam but also hollow area. i suggest u to check the problem of signals

I am a gold customer and with airtel for the last 15 years.

The issue was about online payment i made on 2nd of october, using airtel.in. My bank hdfc did deduct the money 1800 rs, and then there was some issue while redirecting me to airtel page. I was not shown confirmation page - but hdfc made a transaction to citrusairtel for 1800 and so were deducted from my account.

Despite of several complains phone calls and emails to Airtel customer care; our landline and Internet is dead since 18th September, 2016. It is all due to your engineer/ lineman Mr. Rahul (mobile [protected]) who is intentionally creating problems.
