[Resolved]  Airtel — Unable to do self recharge from special offers

This is in reference to your email regarding unable to do recharge through online for your airtel mobile number [protected].Since few months i am recharging my account by adding balance in my mobile and than i dial *121*1# and know my special offers and activate the offer. Today since morning i am unable to recharge from my phone or from my airtel website. Last few days back also i have recharged my SMS Pack by choosing an option to deduct from my main balance. i tried recharge from my account airtel when i am selecting a recharge amount of Rs 249 its asking me to deduct from my mail balance when i select 3G Recharge of Rs 228 its not showing My balance deduction which is my concern.
This shows how irresponsible Airtel Team is they are very much focused on Postpaid. Airtel Store is not accepting any Cards to recharge now a days for a small supermarket people also maintaining a Card Swiping machine and providing bill this was worst experience faced by Airtel.

Hi Team,

As per the discussion i have attached a step by step screen shots of my online recharge.

I am clearly explaining about the problem what i am facing every one calls me and tell to try once more or ask for Transaction ID.

I Generally recharge my packs with my main balance for further clarification you can verify my previous recharges.

Now this is not happening in special recharges its showing offer but unable to activate same. I am not looking for alternate solutions i am very clear i want recharge from my balance deduction only.

Request some one to fix up my issue just think how the customer able to use phone without internet in this existing world.

The attachment sent via mail ( [protected]@in.airtel.com ) can be opened in iexplorer.

I have taken plan of Rupees 1498 for internet but for more data when i am recharging with Rupees 51 my amount has been deducted and not recharging. Second thing is i want to change my service from 3g to 2g then how can i do it because there is no number by which i have to directly talk with customer care operator.

I am your costumer since 2014 with mobile no. [protected] prepaid connection.i want to replace my old sim for my new phone, when i going to replace my old sim to airtel dealer, he gave me my new sim after one day but that was"t my sim it was another person sim the dealer told me he will give me my sim tomorrow, what kind of mistake is this...
