Please help me reverse the recharge done on wrong number. Recharged was done on the number [protected] which was incorrect. The transaction id was[protected] and the amount paid for this transaction was rs 185. The correct number on which recharged was to be done was [protected]
When i contacted the owner of the said wrong number, he was not able to do so. Therefore, i earnestly request your help to avoid spending my money in vain....

I have made cash payments at a airtel store in thakur village, kandivali east, mumbai - 400101.

However the same is not credited into my account and my phone got disconnected.

I have made complaint through their service centre by call 121, but no action.

Had complaint to their nodal office will all required information. 4 different airtel officers contacted me so for. Every time they start questioning...

Fake open network

On 09.08.2016, i had raised an issue that there is no network coverage in my area i. E kundalahalli gtae, bangalore. I had also received a complaint ref num[protected]. But there was no follw-up on the complaint and the very next day i received a message which read-"your complaint has been successfully resolved". And i was also asked to reply to the msg with a yes or no feed back as yes would be for "satisfied" and no would be for "dissatisfied".....
