This is to inform you that we have paid the landline bill of amount 3500/- on 22/09/16 for the above mentioned landline number.

But after two days of bill payment i. E on 24/09/2016 our landline out going calls are withdrawn. The customer care ppl are asking us to wait for another 4 hours.

Company is neither giving its service nor refunding my money

I applied for a new broadband connection on 23 august 2016, now connection has not been installed nor my amount of rs 1000 has been refunded.
It has been a period of more than one month. I have called this company for more than 10 times to get my money back but they are not willing to refund they just say you will get your money in 7 days and then i did not get my money back...

4G broadband - Third Grade

Worst signal & getting no response from customer care

Hey! Airtel m having a problem with my data recharge. i had an offer in my no. of getting 3gb data in rs 348 for 28 days but when i recharge it i got only 2 gb data. The shopkeeper says its not his fault so m not getting any refund. I waited too long in the hope of getting rest 1 gb sometime later but m only disappointed.
