We have 10 connection in our organization and every month 12 our bills will generate within 3 to 4 days we will transfer bill amount through rtgs after transferring the amount we are following and sending so many reminder with airtel team for posting amount to our 10 numbers but they are not ready and not showing interesting for posting and after due date they will send mail that send rtgs details again and near 9th...

I'm fedup of complaining again and again about this already. This is the 3rd time i'm typing this crap complaint. My mobile data is again reducing at a high speed even when i switched off the mobile data for all apps. I recharged for 14rs.net pack and when i turned on the mobile data it just got used up within a flash. I've heard about godspeed in internet connection speed. But this is the upside down condition of it. Also the internet services...

I have booked new airtel dth connection on friday 02/09/2016. I was promised technician will visit on saturday 03/09/2016 at 11:00am sharp. I was waiting for the technician to come but no one called or came until 12. Again when i called customer care they said they'll come before 6o clock but nothing such happened. I have an airtel postpaid sim o[censored]p east and wanted it to be converted to airtel prepaid sim o[censored]p east. when i went to airtel store (near gourde kanpur) on 25-aug-2016 and filled the form along with submission of photo and driving license (dl) as permanent address proof, they said the porting will complete within 2 days and gave me an airtel prepaid sim. 3 days later i called and informed them that porting is not completed yet, and they...

There was a deduction of 40 rs from my number [protected] unnecessarily. when i called the customer care they told i used data from my main balance but since my data pack was not over without any reason they deducted 40 rs, i am sure that there was 13 Mb left since my validity gets over and the customer care people talked without any manners.so kindly inform them to be refund my deducted money and speak politely to the customers....

Please implant a new network b'coz there r some obstcales like small mountain between our home and village, because of this there is no landline so please at least give good strength other wise almost 750 people change there network this complaint is forward through yought commete of soniyana .add- vill+post - soniyana, Thesil - beawar, Dist. - ajmer....

I have postpaid 10 connection of airtel in a circle.
And we are not getting signal of there tower at our residence from last month.
when we taken there plan they assured us that if any such type of problems occur they will certainly solve it.
i have lodged a complain on airtel site whose refernce number is PO[protected].
Complained to the subscriber many time.
But resulted with no output.
Please help...

I'm here to telling you about the network problem in my locality. I'm Jamshed Ashraf belongs to a local area i.e Village Baretha Khijarpur, PO Dingarpur, Tehsil Bilari, Block Kunderki, Distt Moradabad U.P. Here including me all of the airtel users are too unhappy to this network problem.It's become too hard to survive with Airtel, many of the users already had ported their numbers to other providers. But...

I already have three pre-paid and one post-paid

1) i applied for broadband & fixedline. Airtel website showed my area (Amritpuri) is feasible from [protected].

2) airtel website suggested me the plan feasible to my area. (Amritpuri east of kailash)

3) airtel executive told me that they will collect the documents and payment. (25th aug approx)

4) i surrendered my other broadband connection...

I was using my dongle in laptop, and 135 MB 2G data was remaining in my no.[protected]. It does not reflect the remaining data in laptop, so I have to cross check it again after inserting in mobile.
Yesterday, for using even less than 2 hours in the night, all data got eliminated, while just browsing. I had earlier made a complaint to the Airtel team to see how come the data reduction is at such a huge pace. They were not able to rectify...

Yesterday i purchased a voucher which purchased 20 rs i came back home and after some time i scratch the card with a coin smoothly it scratch and gently i entered the scratch no in my mobile no to get recharged but it should invalid no printing mistake at second last number not clearly mentioned is 3 or 8 kind do my need ful and sole my problem....

I have given my proofs on 1st of September to convert Airtel prepaid to postpaid. (Chennai Region)

Also the address verification completed by 2nd Sep itself. My number got disconnected on 2nd September @ 10PM.

By 3rd September around 11AM i got network for just around 15 minutes in new sim and my call verification has been completed. From that point of time again network got disconnected...

I want to complaint against airtel money. There is no helpful thing that clerfy what will happen. No one is responsible for this.
I have recharged my number from airtel money but recharge will not done. I have contacted to air tel customer care again and again but they didn't give me any satisfied answer for inconvenience. Only they asked about airtel money mpin & say update airtel money app. This is a total fraud policy of airtel...

Raised request on 28aug. Nvr received callback. 30aug eta changed to 2sept. no callback, had to call cc. call from Bangalore central unit for transfer on 2sept confirmed will b done in 5 days. I mistakenly have recharged a wrong number '[protected]', now i need to transfer the amount of 1000 back to [protected].
Pleasae share the solution as soon as possible.
This need to be done very soon else the person might use all the amount and it might not get rtransferred back we have also tried with 'WRC (WrongNo) (TransID) (Amt) (CorrectNo) Send To 59109' but it is giving no keyword found message...

My number is [protected]. I have raised a MNP request from Airtel Chandigarh to Airtel Ahmedabad on 29th Aug 16, and on 1st Sept 16 i received a msg as that your no will be ported by 2nd Sept 16 23:30. And my UPC was AP381678.
Then my old SIM blocked on 1st Sept night so I replaced the new SIM in the mobile and I am calling on 59059 to activate it
But “ cellular network not available” is sowing on mobile screen and call getting...

Airtel does not give customers a way to reach out to customer care services to provide support.

They have cleverly made all their data or recharge plans in a way so that customer has to forcefully keep on rechrging.
It does not end here.they nake the data or any rechRge drain out soon so customer has to recharge multiple times. For example for 2 min they drain out about 11mb of 3G.
