Hello officer,
I have been using airtel from 19 july 2013 it has been over 3 years now
I have been enjoying the service of airtel and have been recommending it to many friends too but the service from airtel has degraded from excellent to very poor for past 45 days atleast for me You can check my previous complaints over the customer care first it started when i recharged for 199 and used 2gb and the internet never worked...

My name is A.Selvakumar, working as a manager in Public sector company in Kolkata. My airtel mobile no: [protected], I have recharge through on-line amt of 1010 on 31/7/2016.

During on-line transaction, amount Rs 1010 have been deducted from my SBI account, where as recharge value Rs1100 has not been added in my airtel mobile no.

Whereas I have received message from Airtel during on-line charging, your will be...

I hve rechrge rs 156 for 1 GB 3G (28 dayS) as given as MY AIRTEL APP. Dated 7AUG2016 and 10 AUG 2016.
but after recharge i hve got only 375 MB DATA.
Plz give full profit as offer shown.as soon as posible.

I have applied postpaid connection (Airtel number [protected]) on 5th aug. All verifications done by them on 6th aug 2016. Even i have cleared all bills for my previous number. Airtel executives least bother to activate new number. They are simple harassing me so that it's creating personal problem to me. Please take action against airtel for this.
