I had recharged with 265 data pack. It gives 1gb 3g/4g +1gb 4g only data. Even if i have full 4g signal it won't use the dedicated 4g balance. Instead all the 3g data is gone. And i had opted for for no balance reduction if data pack is not there. Also the ussd shows irrelevant balance details. And even if my data is off it data mbs will be cut. And 3g and 4g signals fluctuate heavily. Lots and lots of problem with airtel. And also very costly...

I have bought airtel 4g dongle along with airtel 4g card. To my experience i was unable to run internet on my laptop. Though i checked settings of my laptop which seemed to be ok. I immidiately contacted the service provider atleast thrice in 2 days but instead of resolving my issues they constantly asked me to use the sim card in phone. That's what i did and found internet working fine there in phone. But as soon as i connect it in dongle...

I was submitted 716 rupees bill at airtel store which is located hinjewadi phase 2 in infosys technology campus in ecc. Before porting my number with other provider, but after porting my number i was getting same amount of bill. It is a postpaid number of railway which has been lost please block it as soon as possible. It was given to mr. Naresh rajak who is a mail express guard in eastern railway in asansol. I had been doing 2 data pack recharge in a week after checking them online my money is deducted but that recharge hasn't happened. And when asked to the customer care, they disconnect the calls without solving my problem....

Airtel customer service executive promised me, will provided the broadband connection in 2 days, its been 3 days and the amount of 1100 with my photo & proof has been taken by the customer service executive and cheated me.

I have tried calling the office and his number, he never picks call after several missed calls. He gave me a call after 3rd day and said will provide in 1 hour but still nobody knocked my...

I had a postpaid connection with reliance.
Executives from airtel, repeatedly called me and informed me, that airtel had great offers if we number port from reliance to airtel. They tempted me by offering 1gb data free every month for 6months. I agreed and ported to airtel.
To my utter shock, airtel did not give me internet connection, free one gb. On contacting the executive charan, he casually informed me that his job is over...
