Main data balance getting used instead of dedicated balance

I had recharged with 265 data pack. It gives 1gb 3g/4g +1gb 4g only data. Even if i have full 4g signal it won't use the dedicated 4g balance. Instead all the 3g data is gone. And i had opted for for no balance reduction if data pack is not there. Also the ussd shows irrelevant balance details. And even if my data is off it data mbs will be cut. And 3g and 4g signals fluctuate heavily. Lots and lots of problem with airtel. And also very costly...

I have bought airtel 4g dongle along with airtel 4g card. To my experience i was unable to run internet on my laptop. Though i checked settings of my laptop which seemed to be ok. I immidiately contacted the service provider atleast thrice in 2 days but instead of resolving my issues they constantly asked me to use the sim card in phone. That's what i did and found internet working fine there in phone. But as soon as i connect it in dongle...

3g Recharge data pack

Arrogant behaviour of marketing caller of airtel

I started indicated her that my daughter has a airtel sim card & she do not receive airtel signals in her class (Basement) in pune city (Other signel receives)...

Before i complete, she started saying that "मै airtel मी पाच साल से काम करती...

Executives from airtel, repeatedly called me and informed me, that airtel had great offers if we number port from reliance to airtel. They tempted me by offering 1gb data free every month for 6months. I agreed and ported to airtel.
To my utter shock, airtel did not give me internet connection, free one gb. On contacting the executive charan, he casually informed me that his job is over...
