I took a 4G connection [protected] on March 2016 and it is on the name of Mrs. Raikishori Basu.

After taking this connection we could use it for 7 days only,
Initially an incorrect bill of amount 7000+ has been requested to pay.
I denied to pay the wrong amount and then Airtel block it for the entire month of May.

I recharged my mobile for 110 rs as it was the offer there in my airtel app. The amount got debited but not credited to my airtel balance. I tried calling to the 121, 198 and many other ways to connect with them or inform them about this. But none of their gold care customer care representatives seems to be available for the past 5 hours.

On top of it every single time I tried to call 121 N 198. It would start saying my mobile...

My airtel prepaid number is :[protected], my 3G/4G service is not working and because of that my money got wasted, I recharged my net balance of RC97 and it didn't work, I could only use 2G. I'm an airtel users since many years, i have a complaint about data lost in my airtel mobile number, which is recharged on 19th may for ₹ 295. The plan says will get minimum of 1.2GB of 3G data, and may get upto 10GB. However I got 1.2GB data. After few days o[censored]sing the data lost completely on 25th may, on that day I recharged my number for ₹160(full talktime) and i tried to add few numbers in Airtel's 'Family share' option...

There is no network coverage in BHEL house, Siri Fort, New Delhi- 11049 since last 1 week. Mails have been written to Relationship Manager (Mr. Naveen Sharma)and [protected]@in.airtel.com but the issue still stands unresolved. There are around 250 users of Airtel connections in BHEL House alone and more than 2000 in all over Delhi NCR. If the problem continue to persist we may need to switch to any other network....

I had recharge Rs. 141 30.05.2016.. the airtel gave the special offers that was EC Rs 141 =650MB . So i recharged Rs.141. But the data was not added to data account. That was splitted as 3G and 2G. I am very unhappy to know that you charge us reactivation charges post account suspension. As i understand that the recharges we do are for the next month which is a prepaid payment, how on earth can you charge me for not recharging my prepaid account?? Can anyone answer this? This has made me think that i should switch my service provider also for my three airtel mobile connections....

My son activated action and arcade games in my mobile, many time i tried to stop, hence we sent sms "stop* to 155223, getting failure, so not able to stop the games, regularly they are charging 5 rupees per day and more, we are not knowing how to stop. We spend more than 1500 rupees. Please help us in this regards

i would have recharged my mobile if i get some prior notice.
i have not recharged it for a while as i am on some international assignment for 3 months.
i am trying to recharge now but it is failing as the account is deactivated.

This person has promised the that if i port-in into airtel i will get 1200 minutes of talk time or 720 talk time along with 1gb of 4g data every month.
He said the data pack activation will be done in 48hrs of sim card activation. Till not activated data pack on my number.
