I was using an airtel dongal bearing no.[protected] and paid my all dues amounting rs. 2931 including a surrender amount of rs. 400 on 08/01/2016 as demanded by the airtel at agartala outlet. During that time staff at the said outlet told me surrender rquest was created and number will be permanently disconnected by 18/01/2016 and even i was fully convinced by them but till date neither i received any disconnection message or any call from...

It's more than 6 months there is minimum network(near to no network) coverage. i m user of airtel since last two years. and have good trust on airtel. but now i m very much dissappointed. the no. of mine is [protected]. I recharged my phone for internet for 175rs
it said its for 28days 1gb
i recharged it on 18th january and now its showing data plan will get over on 28th jan and my data also was reduced suddenly to 27mb

Airtel 4g mobile wifi has no connection from 18th jan. Complain lodged to the provider did not solved the problem.E mail reply informed that customer care executive wioll call on 25th and on 25 the they said if you are still not getting any connection you should call 121. Sorry. So many times I 've been logged my complain through mail and SMS to ur service provider authority (AIRTEL) since Jan, 2015.
How many days ll u take to solve this network problem issue at my residence .u people can't imagine how myself and family members passing with ur existing system.
It is very unfortunate from a such a world class organization.

Mobile Number : [protected], Balance deducted for international SMS which was not made. No details in sent items and no details in *121*7#, in spite of repeated emails and calls to customer services no action was taken and they kept on insisting it was valid and were not ready to provide any proof to support their claim. I highly regret that i have opted for your service. I never get any text regarding the expiry of my data plan, never. It has happened a number of times and every time money is deducted from my main balance, sometimes its 180/- 150/- 100/- and many more. By mistake I pressed a button of giving services of lifestyle.despite requesting them to discontinue the services.they are deducting rs 35 every seven days. Please donot force me to change airtel.they have deducted rs 70 as on date....
