I am a airtel customer .
i did recharge of rupees 198 on 10th jan. 2016, received the SMS of successful recharge but it is showing the current balance 00.00 . and i could not make any call . went to local customer service but they did not help .since online customer service is paid service and my balance is 0. how can i make call ?
i again made a recharge of rupees 10 on 20th jan. and it was success this time

On 23rd Jan'16 i have been recharged 3G for Rs 265/- through Airtel website. I got the message from airtel and the no is[protected]. The amount was debited from my ICICI account through net banking and the information is BIL/[protected]/AIRTEL recharge RTE[protected].

Till the date for net usage the amount was charged from my main balance instead of net pack.

Resolve this issue immediately and reimburse the...

Airtel broadband issues @ jp nagar 2nd phase

Balance deduction (CBDO 20126196690)

I canceled an advertisement link while surfing a website on dated 26/01/2015. After that sms received from airtel that "supermodels club service has been [protected]@Rs99.0 for 30 days". Eventually, Rs 99.0 deducted from my airtel main balance inspite of I was using reliance wifi network for web surfing.

Moreover, no positive response received from customer care executives (Manish & Swati), Rather they refused to log complaint...

Save card feature should not be mandatory

I went to oay my bill in Airtel site on 25th Jan 2016. When I was about to do my payment using my Credit Card, it was mentioned that my card details will be saved by default. This is WRONG. Why should my card details be saved without my permission. It means that I can only pay using my Card only if I allow Airtel to save my Card details. This is ridiculous. Earlier, there used to be an option asking whether I want to save my card details....

Not get required amount of 3g data

I recharged my air tel no. [protected] by using airtel application with rate 448/- before recharge i checked offer on my air tel number offer is that by recharge of rs. 448/- i will get 4gb 3g data but after recharge i get only 2gb 3g data. Internet bad service with bad customer care support

Charging extra amount for the data i didn't even use

Last month, I changed my postpaid plan from 999 to 1499 on 26 of December. Then I activated Smart pack internet for 1705 rupees. so the total should be 1499 + 1705 = 3204. But my the bill I got is 5752.46. I called customer care for clarification. I am here to complain about AIRTEL SCAM.
