Hi, I had taken the broadband online and paid the initial fee of Rs.1000/- Since there it showed the feasibility was present in my area. Later the airtel officials said there was no feasibility i asked for the refund it has been more than a month since i have raised the concern with [protected]@airtel.in. My SIM card stopped working all of a sudden and a message was displayed as 'SIM Card not registered..Error Code #MM2' on Monday, 8th dec, 2014 . I have applied for migration from postpaid to prepaid connection on 2nd dec2014. I have been told it will be done within 5 days. Now, its been more than 5 days and still migration didnt happened. I had a Balance of Rs. 160 - Rs. 180 (Talktime) on 8/12/2014. My Internet service of 1GB 3G ends on 8/12/2014, and even after end usage the remaining i had was about 25 MB to 15 MB.
