Cheating in Postpaid Mobile Bills - Airtel

Hi, I have a corporate plan in Airtel. Every month they charged for calling my CUG numbers and activate a 3G packs without my notification. Every month they charged about 450 instead of my 125 rupee plan. every time i called them they are giving some wavier about of 150 rs and cheating me. this is the third month they are doing the same. Anyone please suggest, how to raise a legal complaint for this?...

SMS services disable.

I am using air el post paid mobile No [protected]. The connection has no sms facility from past three days.In spite of numerous complaints, the company has failed to solve the problem. So much so after 3 days of constant checking up, the helpline tells me to log the complaint again. Hope air el does something about it......

Deducted Rs.47 from my main account

When I called customer care they said the balance was deducted due to use of Internet after Internet balance got finished, but my Internet plan still has validity till Jan 4 2015 with 1.5 Mb remaining. sms facility not there

Issue regarding balance
