3g speed

Dear sir,
I have selected the Rs.950 plan for 3g services and the speed i get is 12 Kbps at the max when I download anything.While watching a 5 min video it takes me 10 mins to buffer it.
So i just do not know what to expect from these. The speed is even worse than 2g that i used to get on mobile internet like 2 years ago. I would not pay a single penny when you send me the bill if you continue providing me with this speed.br...

No 3G despite repeated complaints

I have a 3G connection for my iPad since the past 1 year. I have been paying all my bills regularly and before time every single month. I have had repeated issues with not getting 3G connection and this happens every 3 to 4 days and then I write to airtel presence which then reverts back saying it will look into my problem & then in about a week it sorts out the issue and I have 3G for the next 3 to 4 days again. I bought a mobile connection 7 or8 years back,I got a message for submission of the documents so I submitted in their office. Again after some months I received the same message so I submitted the documents again.now they've disconnected my number without any intimation .I called their customer care but of no use.they said take new connection as for old connection nothing has been done.please help to resolve the problem....

extremely low speed of nearly 20-50 kbps

Airtel 3G sucks
Airtel is really a thief .
Horrible speed, sometimes give 15kbps......

Earlier also I mailed them but after a long process of 15 days I begin to get a fair speed of nearly 1 Mbps (Although they promise a "blazing speed of 7.2 Mbps") . Again after 6-7 days I began to get very low speed .

I think its airtel new policy to give good speed for some time just after the complain...

detected the amt rs.25 from my balance

I have been a customer of airtel for the past 6 years.On 27th jun 2013 11.26pm i received this sms "Thanks for downloading airtel video pack_rs.99 from airtel.You have been charged rs.25". First time i am trying my 3G experience in Airtel. It was a sick experience after using it. I dont see much difference between 2G and 3G. Paid for HD+, universal remote not working properly

I took Airtel DTH HD+ connection on 10th June 2013. I paid for HD+ set topbox, however I was not given the universal remote. I was being told that the stock is over. I had to follow up with them untill 30th June to get it. The universal remote is also not working for some features of TV remote.

116 rupees deducted without any information

Hi,

I recharged my airtel sim with 9 rupees 3g pack which allows for 3g data service for 30 minutes. Thereafter, I used the internet service and once my download was complete, I stopped it. When I then checked my balance, I found out that around 116 rupees were deducted from my balance. Earlier it was around Rs. 254 and the ending balance was around 138 rupees.
