Internet not working due to big packet loss

Receiving bill even after ceasing the landline connection

We are being repeatedly harrassed by Airtel to pay bill for our landline connection ([protected]) for March 2013 when we had stopped in February 2013 itself.

I wrote a mail to Airtel to stop the landline on 21.2.2013 and Airtel confirmed us on 25.2.2013 that the line was ceased.

Postpaid sim not yet activated even after a month

It has been a month since i purchased a SIM from airtel store at windrose traders, thopumpady, Kochi and still the SIM is not active. Every day i have to call them and ask about the activation. I tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number through an online web site called "justrechargeit". The amount of Rupees 500/-. was debited from my bank account and I received a notification that the recharge was successful. This was done on June 11th 2013.
