Unethical practices by Airtel Digital TV

Removal of channels from pack

I have taken new airtel sim prepaid on nov 2012 ,i have given sim only after submiting related documents like photo,pan card licenece.sim was activated after 2 hours then later I have recharged with rc222. And activated with some special plans everything was fine for one week.later they asked me to submit the documents again. Then they disconnected my service after few days. internet of Rs 3000. from 14 nov. to 18 Nov

I had a talk with airtel customer care. They are telling me that, I have used Internet of Rs 3000. from 14 to 17 Nov. in just 4 days. Apart from that i got my unbilled amount sms on 19 Nov. of Rs 1800.I[censored]nbill amount on 19 nov is 1800 Rs means Airtel is miss guiding the customers.

So i called them back and asked to stop Internet connection. But they said don't worry about unbilled amount...
