Today (Aug 9th,12) , I have 12131 (Toll free) no. & I have activated my best offer at Rs.5 and I got 900 Local / STD seconds for 2 days .
I received confirmation SMS also & when I am trying to check my remaining balance of this dedicated balance , nothing is displaying .
So many times I try to call on *123*230# but nothing is displaying regarding dedicated account balance info .

I had the worst experience with airtel, one by one they are canceling my airtel numbers,which were on my own original id proof.
The airtel service centre in Leela bhawan, patiala. Their own servers are failed. My Airtel Digital TV has not been since 1st August 2012 and its been 12 days still my problem hasn't been resolved.
Airtel has got the most pathetic service in market and it even doesn't know how to work in a service industry.

I"m using Airtel prepaid service, I start using a internet service which provide by Airtel.
whenever I want deactivated they show application down and next day unnecessary they provide service and rec-duct money from my prepaid account. when I call to their customer care they miss guide me , giving me false Information.which equivalent to froad. So plz Kindly take action against Airtel services....

I have airtel hd setop box. Problem with sometime nobody respond me in airtel and charged money.Plz replace the box and refund money otherwise i m going to consumer court or ad on all news papers..
