[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband Service Centre, Besant Nagar — Worst Customer Service

I, Mohan kumar, I planned to switch over my connection from Adayar to Thiruvanmayur but they didn't change my connection for past 20 days. I directly went customer care of Airtel office at besant nagar road which is opposite to Adayar anandha bhavan but they couldn't give me a proper response. Finally I came to know if they switch connection in adayar division they loose one point so that they didn't change. Finally i terminate my connection.

I decided to take new connection. When i call to airtel office within a second their customer care executives called me and get my proofs within one hour, but after that two days they didn't pick my call, they gave unattended mobile number. Really Airtel Broad band service care centre at besant nagar road is a worst airtel broad band service provider in tamilnadu.

I thought you could understand better go way with data card.
