Initially it was Post-Paid, but later i converted to pre-paid. Due to my work requirements, i had to travel abroad frequently for 2-3 month stints. And during these period i always use my number...

I converted my Tata Docomo prepaid number into Airtel prepaid through mobile number portability on March 2012 at Madhapur Airtel Relationship center, Hyderabad.On the eve of 7th April 2012 they barred my outgoing calls because of some document submission problem (according to them), but by common sense one could know that without submitting the documents how my Tata Docomo service changed to airtel?Probably they lost it somewhere. Airtel ltd is not supporting in MNP.I have requested for Bills of last 3 month through mail,which i have to submit to Vodafone for MNP. But in-spite of several request through Mail & by giving personal application into their relationship center i have not yet received it.Always they come up with different requisitions and unnecessarily increasing the operational time.
Im a corporate Customer & fedup of the services provided...
