Airtel had stop my 4G services past 1 month without any notification due to 5G implementation, and airtel force me to buy new duplicate sim card 50/- to continue and use my existing plan.
As a user i lost here 1+ month 4G dataplan uses and paid 50/- rs without my fault.
Because airtel upgrade 5G technology which i am not using and sue to it i lost my 1+ month data plus 50/- rs without any reason....

I have recharged for monthly Airtel Xstream Fiber for Rs. 1179/- on 14th April 2023. The recharge was successful but the internet was disconnected. I have raised multiple issues with Airtel customer care but they did not provide any solution or resolve the issue for 4 days.

Later I have asked them to cancel my connection and refund the amount but they said in prepaid plan they are not able to refund. How it could be possible...

It has happened three times since service started in August 2022: Sept 2022, October 2022 and April 2023. It is the same UK number (0044xxxxxx5094) that I have no idea about. I am very sure did not send these SMS....

I have recharged Rs 181 through Amazon App which was a invalid package but Airtel accepts the money. Yesterday i called the amazon customer care and told regarding this issue and then they forwarded the Refund message to Airtel. So can you please help me to get my refund back.

Broadband internet not working called customer care many Times. No one is trying to resolve the problem. Everyday they say service engineer will visit and no one visited till 7th may.its already been almost so many days with technical issues.
After so many calls to customer care and writing to appellate authority no solution .
