Delay in refund after cancellation of airtel DTH

I have requested Airtel DTH to close the connection and refund the balance amount Rupees 959 in my account [protected] last month. They have done CPE recovery on 03/04/2011 after following up with them for 30 days. Even after CPE recovery they have not refunded my money. Am following up with them daily basis, there is no response to emails, service request are being closed down without being resolved. Its one of the worst service providers....

Issues with Airtel Prepaid to PostPaid conversion

I got Broadband Connection in Apr 2009 on my landline No[protected]. Due to repeated errors in billing I requested closing the Connection.
