I have requested Airtel DTH to close the connection and refund the balance amount Rupees 959 in my account [protected] last month. They have done CPE recovery on 03/04/2011 after following up with them for 30 days. Even after CPE recovery they have not refunded my money. Cannot deactivate from AIRTEL mobile TV

i downloaded AIRTEL mobile TV app on my NOKIA E63, & while browsing the channel packages i accidentally subscribed to one of the packages ie
All channels pack @Rs. 40/week for 20 min.
without any messages Rs. 40 was deducted from my balance.
