Hi,

I had done a easy recharge at an outlet for Rs 250.
I was told that that it will take 15 minutes.
But it was not successful.
Later i got it recharged for same amount at a different outlet which was successful.
I later went to the outlet where the transaction was unsuccessful. But the person says that there is no record in his sheet.
How do i get back my money.

I requested MNP from my airtel prepaid to Tata Docomo postpaid on 21-01-11 and got unique porting number aa1135h2. I have been told by tata docomo that airtel has rejected stating contractual obligation.

I have conacted airtel customer care and they have no idea about it and tata docomo say it has been rejected by airtel and they have to approve.

We have taken airtel boadband plan of Rs.999 in last week of Nov. In first week of Dec our set top box of Airtel IPTV was not working . We lodged a complaint for the same against Complaint ID.41876512 .
