Hi. My name is Krishna Mohan. Ive been loosing 90 paise every day from my airtel prepaid balence for no reason.... It just randomly shows "last call cost .90 Rs" or it shows "last call cost .30Rs" thrice a day at different times. Its been happening for about two months and the customer care service simply said that I've activated their service.. But when i ask them what service have i activated then they just says...

People from Airtel Legal Department call on my number and also on my wife's number and ask to make the payment for a number, which I have no concern with. Inspite of repeated conversations saying that I am not or I have not used that number, the ladies from the said department talk very rudely and ask me why am I not paying that. hii..I'm using this Airtel USB modem for last one year.
For past few months I was in kolkata but now i'm in patna located in Vijay Nagar, Bailey Road Patna :800014 and here the condition of my USB modem is pathetic.
It takes 15-20 minutes to open any page or to play any games and all and if its come to downloading anything that really scares me as it takes hours and hours....
