Reactivation of Airtel digital TV.

Myself buy LG LCD TV in August 2009 with free Airtel set top box. In this scheme Airtel promises 6 months free subscription from activation date and date of activation was mid September 2009.But I have sorry to say you that my servises has been suspended from 5th of Jan 2010, however my claim is till end of Feb 2010. I am owner of Airtel prepaid connection no [protected]. I have sent lot of messages to 121 & 54321 to unsubscribe to the Jokes package. but still the package is continued & amount is deducted from my account....

wrong charges applied in postpaid bill

This is to inform that i have lost my Mobile SIM Bearing mobile No [protected] anywhere in train from tambaram to maraimali nagar. Addon service activation Anonymously

I have been airtel customer for the past 3 years.
Always I think Airtel gives the best customer service. That why I also got Airtel Broadband connection too.
But, Now a days I have some problem with their service.
Without my request, they activate friends chat service and immediately charged Rs.30pm.I call to customer service and they said this service is activated becuase of your request. I said i dont need that service...

i am vijaya deni working as a deputy jailor in central prison, visakhapatnam and using airtel prepaid connection with number [protected] for last 8 years. Hi Sir,

I have been charged with Rs 30 for Audio Movie pack which I have never subsrcibed for. It is not abt 30 Rs but airtel is giving me such services with out asking. Also when I tried to stop the service it is not reaching to the destination Via Online replies.

Also, whenever I try to Call up Call Centre, either there service is down or they are not able to find the details.

Please advise....

deduction of amount for mms which has not been sent

i have seen many times customer service of airtel is not upto the mark.on 8th Jan i was trying to send mms,but some how it was not sent may be because of network problem or any other reason.then when i checked my balance,it showed 20 Rupees deduction from main balance and when i tried to call customer care number,no option was available to customer care executive.this is something not acceptable from the company like Airtel.it was also happend...

National roaming
