Complaint regarding shifting of phone connection

I am the owner of an Airtel Telephone and Broadband Connection. My Telephone number is[protected].

On the 28th of September, 2009, I had applied for shifting of my phone connection to my new residence, which is just 1 road away from my old residence. The service number for this is 108331. Billing discrepancy

Hello,
I am using AIRTEL post paid connection for the past 5 years. I have changed my bill plan 3 months before to the corporate plan (CUG 199 Special churn plan). Didn't provide the movie on demand

I have booked a movie named "Morning Walk" through http://airtel.in/digitaltv on 3rd Oct, 2009. The booking ID is 5616343.
Web confirmation said within 10 min, the movie will start in TV at channel 180. But it didn't. So, I called Airtel customer service, and they said that I should book it through phone as web booking have some problem. And they gave me a complaint number 1159401. Inductance of amount

Hello Sir,

Dear Sirs,

Through this letter I wish to communicate you that my airtel prepaid No. [protected] is wrongly put in non-operation mode.

I have tried for an easy recharge of Rs. 200/- on 5th Oct,09 but the validity period 30 days was not transferred. Accordingly I had registered my complaint at Airtel Customer Support Centre and I was given an assurance that my query will get resolved in 24 hrs. But nothing happened...

Please find the problem list which we are facing from mid of Sep’09 as below:
1. When we connect airtel usb, after getting connected. When we try to connect WINDOWS LIVE MESSENGER, it gets connected within 2-5 mins., but as soon as its get logged in , within 1 min. It gets disconnected.

Airtel is using an integrated software to repeat those calls are not made.

Airtel is using an integrated software to repeat same mobile number automaticaly in an interval to rise the phone bills. If you check your calls then you will realise those calls are not made. One day I had noticed this and checked all my previous bills realising that they had been doing this trick for a long time. The authorities hesitated to pay back the excess collected....

Deactivated my mobile connection

Dear
this is satish my post paid no. [protected], i have submitted all the required documents and verification was done at my billing address, i got the introductory letter from the Airtel, and i paid my first bill with in due date. Now they deactivated the services due to the non verification of the office address. No body responds at the Airtel out let, I called the customer care executive, he said it will take 4 hours to activate....

Harassing nature of airtel customer care

In continuation of the posts of 4/10 and 6/10, the problem of not being able to contact customer care still lies unresolved. They have not cared to resolve the problem and have closed the case without resolving the problem nor have they written any mail since long.
