[Resolved]  Airtel Franchise — dadagiri

a caller from airtel customer care called me and spoked in a vulgour manner, letting many loose talks regarding the bill amount. she went through some personal informations regarding me and slashed very personally.i dont no whts wrong with whom i spoke..does airtel gives freedom to speak about your customer personals? is this how airtel customer care treat the customer... or let me know the truth, is there ne team formed by airtel like this to treat your customers...

if the answer is no i want to move a complaint regarding the person whom i spoked with, i have got the number from which i recieved the call. i came to no its a franchise, who gave these guys freedom to talk like this and go thru the persoanl information of an individual...what is the action will you be taking upon them..?

I would like to inform that we had get new Airtel connection from your franchies ( Bala ji Traders, Airtel express outlet) in July`11. i had applied for Airtel CUG plan but they have activate indivisible super saver 199 plan without any information.
after that we have complained for that but they have not replied against my complained (complain no.[protected] to Mr. Raghuveer). i am very worried about you. i cant belive that for your poor service..and your franchies service.

My current plan charges is very high and costly. i cant continue your service in future.
