I am in roaming right now and for a specific location there is unstable internet. I have raised complaint as well. No one is having a similar answer to questions. Everyone have something new to talk about. I spoke with laxmi from nodal team and she assured that someone from network team will call still no one contacted me. Please refund the recharge of mobile no[protected] rs.149. Due to problem of network i have done twice of recharge in same given no. So i highly request your authority may kindly look into the matter and take early action please.

This complaint is against airtel telecommunications. I have tried following up with the company innumerous times and even though it's been 3 months since i have been behind this, the company has done absolutely nothing to resolve my issue.

As per the airtel fibernet plan available on airtel website, i contacted the company for a 300 mbps broadband connection, more than 3 months back, on june 12th. Company sent someone...

Hello, i did a recharge for rs.149/- in airtel prepaid on 20/9/2020 at 7:22pm. My bank account got debited but recharge did not happen. I have been trying to reach out to customer care number but no success. Kindly help....

I tried to recharge my prepaid number for rs 598 on 21st september but the recharge was unsuccessful and money was deducted from my bank account. The recharge was done for mobile number [protected]...

Airtel not allowing prepaid customers to divert call to non-airtel number....

I am using airtel mobile and thru airtels services entitled to use airtelxtreme website. Last several days even though i have very good internet connection of 40mbps the site always errors out stating check your network connection.

I have tried clearing cache etc but it does not help. I even tried using 2 more browsers but it gives same error.
I hope airtel looks into this issue and fixes the same....

I did a recharge of Rs 249 on 4th september. Money was deducted but no refund process was initiated and I am unable to reach customer care....

All the three days of porting they kept on notifying that call this number for tele verification.
But when actually my old sim was deactivated and i put in airtel sim. Saw the signal is there. I tried to call that 59059 number and it keep getting disconnected.
Such a disappointment for a new customer of yours....

Airtel has asked us to do the advance payment for rs 6541 for 6 months of broadband connection on 15 sep 2020. Service person mr. Viresh/kalpana ([protected]) has ensured installation within 24 hrs, however now he is neither picking the call nor responding

I will require complete refund & strict action against service person & airtel for harassing the consumer....

Sir, I have purchased a Airtel Xtreme Set top Box from Airtel Distributor Named Irfan, Hindupur his Mob No is [protected]. He charged me Rs 4300 for installation on 13 Jul 20 and 6 Months recharge but the distributor has blocked my Customer Id in the box and not recharged the recharge amount and not responding to my phone calls and very irresponsible towards the customer.
