No refund has been received after disconnection of Broadband account

I disconnected my broadband connection in the month of May, and requested airtel customer support team to refund the security deposit amount they take during the time of connection.

Can't use internet after recharged Rs.251 data add on pack. it redirect to 'http://one.airtel.in/rcconf' and tell to signin to network. not able to contact customer care due to low balance.i only use data in airtel network....

Dear sir,

My mobile no is [protected] i just made a recharge of rs 1498/- few days ago it stated truly unlimited calls for 365 days but when i called today at kotak customer care they deducted my prepaid balance.

Now when i am trying to call kotak customer care they says your account does not have sufficient balance to make the call.

Please see to it sir.

My airtel broadband account/services were deactivated and on safe custody from mid july and i paid the combo pack which is 500 + tax for 3 months. I reactivated the services in august end and the company is charging me for the month of august even though i paid for the combo pack. refund for wrong mobile recharge of airtel

Dear sir/mam,

I have recharged to my number [protected] by mistake instead of recharging my father's number with amount 379 today morning and my transaction id is[protected]. I have recharged again my father's number but i don't want recharge on my number as i already have recharge for the next two months. Kindly help me out and refund my money back. I have recharged through paytm app.

I tried using airtel 121/198 and airtel thanks app but it does not allow me to get to a live agent. I bought an airtel prepaid sim 2 days back and paid rs 350. The same day it showed insufficient balance and i recharged again rs 250. It still said low balance so i submitted a request to convert to postpaid. Airtel is saying that the rs 350 + rs 250 = rs 600 i paid is gone. This is fraud and stealing. I tried calling customer support multiple...

fastag not delivered

I have ordered fast tag id through airtel app, i received message on 17 sep 2020 my fast tag id shipped. Till now when i check through airtel thanks app it is still showing shipped due to this i am facing issue at toll plaza.
This is very frustrating. And whenever i called to airtel customer care number there is no option for fast tag. Simply making fool and harrashing people everyfay i am wasting 10 minute on toll plaza.

Refund amount of failed recharge.

I have recharged on my mobile number - ([protected]) of rs 599. Money was deducted from my account, but from airtel i got message about

"we are experiencing technical issue at our end. We will refund or recharge with your selected denomination in next 2 hours. Regret the inconvenience."

Now two days have been completed, but still i didn't received any recharge amount or there is any recharge active on my mobile...

Cheating/fraud on customer - not giving speed as per plan

Sub: not providing download or upload speed as per plan paid for
Ref: landline number [protected] and registered mobile number: [protected] in my name - anirudh

I have been using this broadband connection since may 2020 with plan of 40mbps. However, i have never got more than 22mbps download speed till date and the upload speed is mere 0.3 or 0.5 mbps.

This is highly pathetic. The upload speed is not in...

Due to outstanding amount of previous operator idea, airtel closed my number. Now i paid that amount, but till now airtel not restoring my mobile number, i request them many times but till now, there is no response from airtel. There is more than 3 moths, to my problem, but no resolve....

Unfair and Excess Billing by Airtel: Broadband Account

The issue pertains to excessive and unfair billing by Airtel Broadband. I have subscribed to 40MBPS plan of Airtel which was priced at Rs.699. Recently there has been a price cut for 40mbps plan and the price got reduced to Rs.499/month. Thus monthly Rs.499 plan has replaced the monthly Rs.699 Plan on the Airtel Website. But when it comes to Billing (for Sept2020) they are still charging the higher price of Rs.699+Taxes, which in my view...

neither fastag delivered nor refunded my amount

I had ordered an fastag on my airtel thanks app on 19th july 2020. On 24th july 2020 they said that the fastag request for so and so vehicle has been validated and the fastag will be delivered in 12 working days. But till today the fastag is not delivered.

I have written repeated multiple mails stating that the fastag is not delivered to me. They end up saying that in their system it is showing that the fastag is delivered....

Recharged but not activated
