My postpaid number has a data balance of 300+ gb and the customer executive (Automated) tells me that i have used all the data for this current month. Further upon raising a complaint on my airtel app i was given a reason "change your phone"
What the hell is happening in airtel? Will the robots now run a company completely?

I opted for broadband connection on 7th june and the very next day the airtel representatives were at my home to take my money. After some documentation i was told the maximum time to install the connection would be 4 days, but now it has been 1 week and the guy who came to take the money wont receive my calls the airtel customer support keep saying "please wait another 24hrs and it will be surely installed". It has been going on forever...

I have done a recharge of ₹49 from my airtel app on 15 june 2020 and the transaction is completed from my bank as money got deducted but still my mobile is not recharged....

I switched[protected] from jio, karnatka circle to airtel, tamilnadu circle two days ago. I have tried many times to recharge online through internet banking and credit card through airtel website and amazon pay.in every case, the amount is deducted, but he recharge is declined. Can this be resolved asap? Thanks.

Ur executive informed me to clear all my dues amount so I cleared on the spot all dues amount, after I cleared all amount the executive suddenly forced me to continue my connection into postpaid...

Tried to recharge my son's phone twice. Transaction failed twice but refund has not been credited...

I am an airtel from kerala circle.
Due to the poor network connections i have decided switch my network. So that tried to generate upc code. But it is showing that "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Hi team,
I had applied for a new airtel fiber connection, paid rs.2122. Since the connection was not feasible in my apartment, i was told that i would get a refund in a week. But i have still not got the refund.

Attached are the copy of the bill and also the copy from airtel south mumbai manager, that the account is cancelled on his side, but the refund is not initiated.
