I have changed mobile then also not coming incoming calls
After that I changed sim same number new sim also not receiving incoming calls
Also same as message incoming or outgoing calls are not working...

These mobile companies are fooling & cheating the people in name of recharge. Suppose your prepaid plan is valid till 31st march & you have money in your mobile account. So your 28 days plan is valid till midnight of 31st march. So you leave it thinking that once you wake up on 1st april & you mobile services will not be active then will recharge it. But as mobile services are not active so you can't recharge also, so you are forced to recharge...

I have made online payment to airtel for rs.2828 pre installation for 3 months on 19 march 2019 when their customer service guy reach my home. After they called me and said that we are unable to provide you service so we will refund your money. But till date (07/04/2020) no refund has been processed...

I have chosen Rs.598 pack and recharged my number using Airtel App. After enter the OTP, it says "Unable to process it" however the amount deducted from my account. I didn't received any sms from the airtel regarding the recharge. Tried to call Customer care, but no luck....

I, sarthak chauhan a user of airtel postpaid service for the last 3 months, am not able to change my plan from platinum to silver subscription. I have made the payment for installation of airtel broadband connection. I have made the payment on 26th march but still the connection is not done. When i try to reach the lady who followed up for connection, she simply doesn't reply or cuts the call. I have work from home option and this delay in installation is very irritating. My sim card lost signal since this morning (7 am, 6th april, 2020.) while other sim card works perfectly fine with the same handset. This is a lockdown/curfew time (Due to covid-19) in india and i'm really worried: without my sim card i can't make any transaction or buy any goods, as it is connected with my bank. It is worst that i can't get online support from airtel nor can't go to airtel office. Please help....

I have done one transaction from Airtel thanks App on April 1st 2020 at 17:52 for airtel prepaid recharge of amount 219/-.
Amount debitted from HDFC bank account but amount not creditted in my airtel wallet account.

Please check the issue and refund my 219/- amount into airtel account.

My broadband connection needs to be temporarily disconnected, because of covid situation i'm not at the location. I have contacted customer support but no one taking my complaint and addressing it.

Airtel has raised the corporate plans from 175 inr to 235 inr with no notice to customers. I want to close my connections but they cannot close the connection even after calling them on 6th april 2020 at 2 pm.

They want me to visit there store after the lockdown and until then they want me to pay the raised amount of bill even though i want to close their connection right now.

I am calling national helpline...
