Hi, i recently did a recharge transaction through airtel my money (Airtel app). But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
I have already message the same information to “51619” but i got respond “unauthorized ”

Now please do the same on urgent basis.

Till now i have not received the amount neither in airtel wallet nor to my bank account.

Please let me know if any other information is required.

Airtel broadband took the payment promising service activation within one day. It has been days after making the payment but not getting any updates. Tried calling customer care but no response. There was numerous follow-ups after expressing interest in opening a new connection. Once the payment is made and got our money there is no activity done to activate the connection. Feel cheated....

I am facing this issue since 28th mar'19. Whenever anyone try to call me they are getting message as number is invalid, i am not able to send or receive any message also. I have tried to contact customer care also but after being on hold for 25 minutes the call has been disconnected. I used the airtel app (No.[protected]) to recharge a jio number i. E. [protected] with the work from home plan of rs 251.
Airtel app shows payment successful but on the jio number i haven't received any message, i also checked in the jio app but nothing's there it shows you don't have any plan.
Please do something....

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through debit card for Rs. 598 on 31st March 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account....

My airtel sim card is blocked from so many days. As i have not recharge it. I have not used it from last few months. This number is registered with my bank. Hey, i'm rahul. I have recharged my phone on 29th march evening with 2gb/day 698₹ pack through airtel payments bank.

I have 25₹ in airtel payments bank so i paid remaining 673₹ through googlepay. Money got deducted, but no conformation yet.

Call waiting on my number is not working, I am Struggling with Airtel customer care since 2 Months for Call waiting activation issue, but still problem is same. Always asked me to dial *43#, after dialing I am getting service is enabled, but call waiting not working. I have reset my phone many times but still not working.

I did recharge first time on 31st march and it got deducted from my bank account. But after seeing it, i noticed that no recharge was done. So i did recharge for second time. And then recharge was done. But my bank account was deducted twice. Please help!! My first deduction of 558 is not recharged. Please help me!! Please refund my first 558 rs.!!!

Recently i took a broadband service from airtel[protected] which having plan 799 in which they have to provide me 150 gb data monthly so they took from me 3 month advance rental i. E 2898 inr
Now they give me only 150gb total for 3 month.
I tried to complaint so many times but there is no action taken.
Request you to kindly take action against this issue....

I do a recharge From airtel thanks app but the recharge is failed due to the operator and area is wrong according to failed reasons but the money is Debited it says the money will be refunded in 8 hours in your transaction method account.
But the money is yet now credited in my account
