worst network issue/coverage.

The airtel "network" which the company boast about is very bad. All the complaints i have made the customer service have gone in vain, they say the network is really good, but it's the opposite. The speed of internet which the network provides on a 4g network is around 5kbps to 2 mpbs per second. This is a case of purely cheating and ripping of customer especially where the customers recharge for huge amounts these days and this the kind...

I have recharged my airtel dth through upi app, i didn't get recharged, my money has been deducted but bill was not paid.. I have tried calling to the customer care - no response. The next day i have recharged it again from another number still the bill was not paid & it shows suspended. I attached the receipt for your reference, kindly do the needful.....

recharge was successful but plan did not active to the mobile

I am complaining about failed recharges

On march 28, 2020 i tried to recharge my mother's phone which is on airtel
I tried to do the recharge of ₹598 through wallet of airtel, unfortunately i added money twice in the wallet, due to a glitch in the app, first time the amount was not showing in the wallet, so i did the transaction twice, then it shows the money

Now i am not able to do the reacharge, i have tried all the possible ways to reach out...

airtel sim suddenly stopped working

Suddenly on 25 march, 2020, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. I tried to restart my phone several times, inserted sim in another phone. But to no avail.

There is a lockdown in place due to corona virus, and i need to work from home. There is no way i can leave my home now.

I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, or my sim to be...

repeted transection

Hello,

I've done a recharge of rs. 249 with a voucher of ₹25 through airtel payment bank and at the payment page i'm getting a notification that pay via airtel payment bank and get flat ₹40 cashback. I've successfully placed the recharge. But even after 2-3 hrs the cashback was not added to my account.

Update-

The same transection got repeted and an amount of ₹249 got debited from my payment...

prepaid mobile recharge not done

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 49 on 27th march 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 49. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

refund of my failed recharge

Last night on 27.3.20 i recharged for my friend, it sends me double otp but i entered the first one and then money deducted from my account but the recharged failed due to technical error it showed and within 2 hrs they will suppose to refund me but till now they did not refund me even did not send a message of clearification about my refund. It seems lil bit careless because if they are facing some problem then they should also let us know...

My dth connection of six months package, due and disconnected on 26th march without any notice and i suddenly recharge with 375 (Google pay) and again paid through debt cards through their site for 300 rupees. I called several times to reactivate it and i mail to them but no answer. Telling due to corona virus issue. But govt added this service as necessary service. Now around 72 hrs after payment, no one is responding, me and family sitting...

amount got debited twice for airtel broadband connection

airtel dth recharge not done

I have recharged my airtel digital tv with coustumer id [protected]-001 through upi (Scanning qr code on tv) with rs. 360.
The money got debited from my account inatantly but i got no notification from airtel and it is not reflected on the tv.
I am unable to view any channel also i can't connect to costumer care executive. All i hear is those computerized voices. Please help....

not recharged my mobile

I have recharged my airtel plan with 598 but it is not recharged, but the amount from my account is deducted.I recharged it through my debit card on 27 march 2020.But still it is not recharged but my amount is deducted from my account.My pack will end in 3 days.Kindly please take necessary action and help me to solve the problem. I would like to deactivate my airtel payment bank account and delink my aaadhar number connected to the account. I tried calling the customer care service at 400 but there seems to be no option for deactivating the account. There is no option to do the same via airtel android app.

airtel postpaid recharge
