This is the complaint against airtel service. Continuosly i am calling the customer care to activate missed call alert on my number and they everytime tell to wait for the message but instead of activating they tell to wait for the message and it's been a month waiting for the activation message but there is no response. What's the problem?

I am using Airtel since 2009. Since 2013 I am regularly complaining Airtel to rectify the signal issue in my area hear Ayappa Nagar, K R Puram. Several time customer care executives had taken my complain and given me reference number, but post that no action on these issue. I am using airtel service and i am unable to use xstream app now!! I have re-charged my no on 11 feb 2020, but still getting messages to recharge, even after 3 days!! I have called up customer care and spoke to zisha who claims to be floor supervisor! She refused to take complaint and claimed that she has resolved the issue!!
