My phone line has been dead from 4-5 days now. Everyday i call the customer care and every time they say that they will send a technician the next day morning. But no one turns up. And i again complaint in vain. And they have refused to register a new complaint.in previous week also my landline phone had got dead for which i raised a complaint. They repaired my phone line after 2 days. And then again the landline and broadband internet went...

Today i recharge my mobile number
Airtel giving only calling facility but they are not giving data facility. I called customer care they are told you will use internet after 3 days. So why i will wait 3 days. For this also they avoid to add extra pack day in my account. They cheet me. For this what u will do? I called so many time they also avoid this matter. I pay money it should i use internet today
Why i will wait 3 days....

My home broadband plan is 100mbps with a monthly rentals of inr 999:00+gst

But airtel provides is less than 10mbps most of the time, when a complaint is registered they rectify and i get upto 40mbps max. Have complained many times on mail and written to nodal officer/s - who calls up and empathize my case but finally they maintain a status quo.

They are not providing the speed for what i am paying nor they are...

I am greatly dissatisfied with the service of airtel.
There are certain reasons behind that:
Unstability of 4g network
4g icon vanishes again and again.
It takes forever to recover. It's very time consuming for i am not free as you to wait for recovery.

Very poor network speed
At a time network speed was fine but now it is just zero

I recharged my digital tv[protected] today with 520/-. Airtel digital tv have stopped the services and have asked me for service visit with additional payment. My connection was absolutely fine before recharge and was functioning well. Airtel digital call centre representative were after my life to recharge for my connection but have stopped the services and asking additional charges to make the connection functional....

From last 1 year network is totally down in our area.. We had raised my complaint to airtel executive authority but our complaint...

I am using airtel postpaid connection since a long time but from the past 1 or 2 months, i am getting my airtel 4g speed very low. It was good before but i am not sure what happened after that. I am having lots of gb data and its keep on adding every month but i can't use it because of lack of internet speed. I am not sure what to do instead of looking for other service providers and switch from airtel to someone else to get better services....

I ported to your network and it got activated 17th november morning but gprs services did not activate. I'm unable to use any 3g/4g/2g data.

I called up the help desk and they said gprs services are not enabled. They said "we will forward it to technical team to correct it" but still now they have not done it and closed two tickets without resolving it and third ticket was supposed to be resolved on 28th november but today...

In my location their have 100%4g network but have 95-110dbm network speed only so please boost tower signal or please provide higher speed. I contact them yesterday and they said wait for 4hr and after the same issue i faced. And mostly in evening almost 7pm to 10pm network became slower than slower. I need network strength at least below 80dbm or near to it. I need speed network always in airtels add they say they have fastest network but...

Hi my no.[protected]. I have done a international recharge of 1255 rs of 10 days validity for usa country on 23 nov.19. The recharge is not activated. I complaint about it on same day with complain ref. No. Cbnrd[protected]. They still not resolved it. Now i am back in india and today i complain them to refund my money. I recharged with full talk time which gave me 1gb data for a period of 42 days...without me using it it's getting deducted every day.i always check the balance when I've switched the data off...the usage shown is always more than what i ve really used.after a few minutes when you are checking the balance again, it's reduced by an another 50 mb(even when the data is off)...you just spend two minutes on YouTube and check the balance..it's getting...

I am having 3g cell phone. Due to the message from airtel to migrate to 4 g sim i changed my sim card from 3g to 4 g from 21.11.19. Whatapps is not working from the date of changing ie from 21.11.19. I have opened aitel bank account and deposited rs.1327. When i am trying to withdraw they are saying that my account is not active. When the account is not active then how did they accept deposit?

I went to airtel store. They told to send mail. Then i have sent all documents to them but still they are not activating account.
