I need to know if airtel directly contacts land owners for tower installation, if yes, then what is the whole procedure. As i have been contacted for the same and they have asked for 16k as license fee. How do i make sure that it is not a scam as we have already deposited a cheque of 16k rupees in their account?
Can you please tell me the whole process and does airtel asks for money from land owners?

I am a patent consumer of Airtel.. I have been using Airtel for a long time. Despite the revolution in telecom by Jio, I even did not think once for this new service when there was a golden temptation for the frequent net users from this provider...it was just my a mere satisfaction with Airtel irrespective of any issues...gradually when finance became a matter I being forced started comparisons with others practically...yet I never think...

Hai this is shyam I have lost my sim and that network is tatadocomo. And now tatadocomo is converted in Airtel so Docomo customer care has Advised me to go to a Airtel store they can help u so I went to Airtel store *yestaday* and they suggested me to take a post paid SIM so that will activate with in 3 hour's.and they has taken 300$ for that SIM So I said OK and I have taken. But till now the SIM has not activated and there is no reaction...

There is totally worst network coverage of airtel in rhenock east sikkim. Have to wait long for just opening one page. Showing 4g in status but while browsing internet speed is poor than 2g. Again and again call drop issue is also there. One bts is there at rhenock area, but we are not getting any network from this bts. Being a number 1 service provider, this type of service is un expect able. Solve the problem soon...

I spoke to your representatives thrice and did not get any resolution. I recharged 495 and still no data connection. Checked my phone for any physical malfunction with motorola. After inspection they found phone is in excellent condition. Why is my data not working on my phone. I tried all the possible settings. Kindly look into this and resolve this on priority do not piss of your valuable customers....

I have been facing network issue from past couple of months and complaint has been raised to concerned team. Inspite of multiple escalations and followups i did not receive any call from the network team.

But between 2nd may 2019 to 1st july 2019, i'm levied with some unauthorized, unwanted and unethical value added service charges and which are keep on levying even after several instructions to close such vas.

I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from delhi circle. I have started facing this issue for a month now.

1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. A message that i get is 'transaction failed'. It is working fine with another airtel number.

2. Unable to recharge from the internet, paytm and other modes. It gives message unsuccessful transaction and...

Worst airtel signal in my area ramireddy nagar, guntur, andhrapradesh so u have to check signal problem in my area, always the signal box showing empty in my area so i am not able to connect to network. We are recharging with lot of money but there is no use at all with this network even for phone calls so u may require to correct the problem as early as possible...

As i requested for suspend my connection, one official called back and said we will resolve issue and he made a note that you can use the connection with lower price.. There was a complaint ref number[protected], says that will resolve the issue... But not even a message or mail back again after that and finally after 4 days, connection was suspended without any intimation also after suspension of the account.

I regret for upgrading the setup box to ariel internet tv, i get error b001 since last 4 days but no engineer has visited till now to resolve the issue. The engineer either switches off mobile or does not pick the call... God knows what's wrong with these guys. I am clueless how the issue will be resolved.
Can anyone help me how to fix the error code?...

Date 19 june 2019 time 16.26pm
But amount was debited from my bank account (sbi) but was not credited into the wallet..
It has been more than 15 days refund hasnt been issued i tried...

I have Airtel prepaid number for 12 years.
Recently the balance is deducted without any intimation and when I trying to reach customer care they said your probelm will be resolved in 3 days, but I recieve no revert back from the customer care.
On 19 June I had balance of 785 and it became 0 on around 25-26 june.

And since then i've been tryin to access some websites such as webforpc.com but ive been getting this airtel rcconf and anytime i try to download it keeps on showing the same message and at time google keep on asking me to check their rechaptcha page redirect something and ive tried all the clear caches and apn stuff

I belong to ashok nagar locality in guntur. I'm having trouble with accessing 4g net from almost one week. I brought this to the store notice.. They convinced that the tower around my locality is under upgradation and it will take almost a month to finish the process. Where is the benefit of recharging when you have to wait a whole month, and what about my money?
Now i can't even change my sim to other companies because i purchased...
